Key Tasks and ResponsibilitiesProvide helpdesk support and problem resolutionMaintain the company’s backup processesMaintain the company’s anti-virus processesImplement the company’s staff on-boarding/leaving processManage the company’s hardwareDocument software changes, and I.T. processesStrive for continuous improvement in I.T. products and servicesRequirementsBlue Octopus primarily work with Microsoft technologies, as such the successful candidate should have knowledge and experience of the following:Active Directory, IIS, Group Policy, PowerShell, WSUSExcellent communication skillsExcellent general knowledge of I.T.Microsoft Office applicationsNetworking administration and general principlesWindows client/server operating systemsAt Blue Octopus, we love what we do which is why we do it!
