This role has a unique opportunity to enhance this experience and be part of their journey.As the People Team Manager you will be working with the People and Culture admin team to lead them to excellence whilst they support our managers through our recruitment and leaver processes, training and everything else in between. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking for a career in HR to join an established team and to work with them to create extraordinary opportunities for the people we work with.You will lead and develop the team through coaching and other line management tools, whilst working with stakeholders to foster an extraordinary work life experience for all our employees.This role will manage the background of our employee database and recruitment system, as well help produce management information, therefore you must be IT confident.The successful person will be educated to GCSE in English and Maths (or equivalent) and will have previous proven experience in leading a team with confidence in communicating, providing and giving feedback. Working collaboratively and getting creative with our recruitment and other areas of the business, you’ll ideally hold your CIPD, although this is not essential as we’d rather ensure you fit in with our team!
