Reporting to the Implementation manager, the role covers providing support to our clients for our in-house developed recruitment software.The role is a full time role, based at our offices in Otley, West Yorkshire, with option for partial home-working, and is an opportunity to join one of UK's leading recruitment companies.Key Tasks and ResponsibilitiesProvide end user support via telephone, email and chatWork with the implementation team to implement new systemsUpdate existing system configuration based on client feedbackResolve issues and queries from clientsDocument configuration changes and system featuresProvide training on software features and usageStrive for continuous improvement in I.T. products and servicesRequirementsBlue Octopus primarily work with Microsoft technologies, as such the successful candidate should have knowledge and experience of the following:Communication skillsOrganization skillsCustomer Service skillsProblem solving and ability to manage and prioritize workloadMicrosoft SQL Server (T-SQL) skillsWorking knowledge of Azure Devops is desirableBenefits:Remote working, wellbeing days, HealthshieldAt Blue Octopus, we love what we do which is why we do it!
