PMO Analyst

Border to Coast Pensions Partnership is a recently created pensions asset manager. It will be one of the largest of the eight nationally pooled funds, and will oversee the investment of pensions assets, bringing together £43 billion investments of 12 likeminded Local Government Pensions Scheme funds.

We are now looking for two PMO Analysts to join us, providing effective and co-ordinated support within the Programme Management Office, ensuring a consistent, scalable, and standardised delivery of projects to agreed business methodologies, while supporting both project and functional leads to deliver timely milestones.

In the role you will provide PMO analysis and support to agreed change projects, ensuring projects are delivered within the agreed methodologies by producing key metrics, ensuring that the project status is updated and maintained through the project governance channels and updating and maintaining the project CARDI.

Ensuring that the Project Management Toolkit is utilised and that Project Management methodologies are adhered to throughout the project lifecycles, you will update and maintain the procurement register and ensure the Electronic Document Management (SharePoint) project folders are appropriately structured.

The PMO Analyst is also responsible for ensuring that agreed projects are monitored post implementation, reporting into the Programme Office on the business benefits and lessons learned.

With previous experience within a PMO role and knowledge of MS365 tools (including MS Project and MS Visio), you will have a track record in delivering projects within a PMO function in a cross functional organisation. Knowledge of PMO and project methodologies, and able to communicate effectively with stakeholders, you will have evidence of personal development in a relevant discipline.
