About the Role

The Hub Operations Administrator provides administrative support to the Global Hub Operations team, ensuring the highest standards are maintained in the delivery of services across the globe.

As the first point of contact for the Global Hub Operations team, you will answer day to day enquires from the team, arrange and minute monthly team calls and support team events, which include managing travel, accommodation and catering requirements. You will also liaise with our members, helping them with travel arrangements to attend committee meetings and CIOB events as required, whilst ensuring committee members details are accurately recorded on the CRM database. Other duties include, raising purchase & supplier orders, managing expenses and working closely with other departments to ensure the Hubs have the most up to date information at all times.

What we’re looking for…

Are you experienced and competent in an administrative environment? Are you capable of delivering a high standard of customer service, handling queries effectively at all levels? If so, we want to hear from you!

With excellent written and spoken communication skills and the ability to interact with a wide variety of different people and cultures, you will have exceptional attention to detail and experience of proofreading documents and communications. Comfortable working as part of a team, you will be able to work well under pressure and prioritise workload in a busy environment. Strong IT skills including experience of Microsoft Office software is a must, as is experience of writing minutes and organising in house events.
